Bus Service Complaints

The dire state of our bus service has been reported to Andy Street (West Midlands Mayor).

He assures us that the situation is being monitored by Transport for the West Midlands (formerly Centro).

It would help if all missing buses are reported to mailto:customerservices@tfwm.org.uk

However it was suggested that a log could be collected and passed on to TFWM by someone local.

Councillor Ken Hawkins has agreed to collect information, so please contact Ken with complaints. He will ensure it reaches TFWM. (Within minutes of agreeing Ken had received 2 complaints!)

The following link will take you to a tracking system for the buses (enter S2 in the route box.) This shows the location of the 3 buses (if all are running) and the direction of travel.
