CASUAL VACANCY
FOR A PARISH COUNCILLOR
FOR CHESWICK GREEN PARISH COUNCIL
There is a vacancy on the above Council for a Parish Councillor caused by resignation.
If, by Tuesday 9th October, ten electors for the Parish give notice in writing claiming a by-election to the Returning Officer, then such an election to fill the relevant vacancy will be held.
The Returning Officer is the Chief Executive, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Solihull, The Council House, Manor Square, Solihull, West Midlands B91 3QB
If no such notice is given the Parish Council may fill the vacancy by co-option. Persons interested in becoming a Parish Councillor should contact the Clerk for further information.
