Creynolds Lane, Solihull Notice of Temporary Road Closure
The Council gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety:
Location: Creynolds Lane, Solihull outside number 18.
Date(s) when restriction will apply: Monday 7th September 2020 Times when restriction will apply: 07:00am to 13:00pm.
Reason for restriction: To replace defective manhole cover and frame. Works on behalf of: Severn Trent Water.
Diversion route: Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Stratford Road, Dog Kennel Lane, Tanworth Lane, Watery Lane, Creynolds Lane, Illshaw Heath Road and Kineton Lane. Vice Versa for the opposite direction.
Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies.
Pedestrian and vehicle access to all properties within the restriction & access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.
