Defibrillator

Cheswick Green Parish Council would like to thank Andy Jeynes of West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust for his excellent training session on Monday 10th April on how to use the defibrillator. The audience of over fifty residents and Parish Councillors found his presentation both very informative and amusing as it was presented in a relaxed manner for a very important serious subject.

The assistance of Borough Councillor Alex Insley in locating a free defibrillator that could be provided by the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust is appreciated.

The Parish Council would like to thank the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust for the generous donation of the defibrillator for the benefit of residents of Cheswick Green. The defibrillator has been placed within a defibrillator cabinet located on the external wall of Cheswick Green Village Hall. The cabinet was provided by the Parish Council.

The photograph below shows Parish Council Chairman Brian Brown and Andy Jeynes with the defibrillator by the open cabinet.
